Korean style ground beef and egg fried rice.
This can easily be a meatless recipe as well.
2 cups (365 g) cooked steamed rice
6 oz (170 g) lean ground beef
2 large eggs
2 stalks of scallions
3 cloves of garlic
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
2 tsp sesame oil (I used toasted sesame oil)
